2. Apply Liner & Shadow
Using a waterproof pencil, line upper lid following lash line. Depending on your preference, liner under eyes as well. For "mature", leave the lower lash line free from liner. This allow you eyes to experience a lift and eliminates a tired look.

Apply Eyeshadow
Using a jumbo crayon eyeshadow, apply color over liner and up to crease. Blend with fingertip. No need to apply color to brow bone, the primer applied in first step will act as a subtle highlight.
